Guy D. Pistilli, DC/CCRD
I have been providing chiropractic care to families for over 15 years. I feel
very fortunate to work in a career I love. I am an active member of various professional
societies. My interest in chiropractic has led to hundreds of hours of
post-graduate studies about injuries produced by work, sports, recreation, and
motor vehicle accidents. I have become particularly interested in the rehabilitation
of these injuries and in understanding their history, their mechanism of production,
and perpetuating factors. I have completed the 3rd and highest level of certification
in the field of chiropractic rehabilitation. This course work has excited me
greatly since it focuses on understanding that most injuries are produced by
faulty muscle and joint function and can be prevented with specific low technology,
home-based exercise programs. On a personal level, I grew up in this area and have returned to raise my family and pursue my profession here. My years of professional practice have enabled me to provide care to many people in the area. I am proud to enjoy my patients' trust and will do everything in my power to maintain this support. At Woodbury Chiropractic Center/Physical Medicine, we continually look at ways to stay up-to-date so we can provide the highest quality of chiropractic care as evidenced by our recent purchase of a spinal decompression table.
